Undantag
Cellen har ingen associerad DataGridView.

ColumnIndex är mindre än 0, vilket indikerar att cellen är en radrubrikcell.
rowIndex är mindre än 0 eller större än eller lika med antalet rader i den överordnade DataGridView.
