Anropa alltid API:et Tjänster och ProblemClassifications för att hämta den senaste uppsättningen tjänster och problemkategorier som krävs för att skapa supportärende.
Det går för närvarande inte att lägga till bifogade filer via API:et. Om du vill lägga till en fil i ett befintligt supportärende går du till sidan Hantera supportärende i Azure-portalen, väljer supportbegäran och använder filuppladdningskontrollen för att lägga till en ny fil.
Att ge medgivande till att dela diagnostikinformation med Azure-support stöds för närvarande inte via API:et. Azure-supportteknikern som arbetar med ditt ärende kontaktar dig för medgivande om problemet kräver insamling av diagnostikinformation från dina Azure-resurser.
Skapa ett supportärende för å-vägnar: Inkludera rubriken x-ms-authorization-auxiliary för att tillhandahålla en extra token enligt dokumentationen. Den primära token kommer från klientorganisationen för vilken ett supportärende samlas in mot prenumerationen, dvs. kundklientorganisationen molnlösningsleverantör (CSP). Extratoken kommer från csp-partnerklientorganisationen (Cloud Solution Provider).
