此方法在 API 等級 34 中被棄用。 使用 getPendingIntentBackgroundActivityStartMode（） 因為針對 Build.VERSION_CODES 的應用程式。UPSIDE_DOWN_CAKE或更高，若該值未明確設定，可能與實際行為不符。
如果呼叫者能啟動背景活動，則允許在背景啟動 Get PendingIntent 活動。
