當系統更新服務提供待處理系統更新資訊時，接收者能收到通知。 同一待處理的系統更新可能會觸發多次呼叫此方法，因此有必要檢視輸入參數以獲取更新細節。
此回調僅適用於裝置擁有者及設定檔擁有者。
若想進一步了解待處理的系統更新（例如該更新是否為安全修補程式），裝置擁有者或設定檔擁有者可以呼叫 DevicePolicyManager#getPendingSystemUpdate。
