由裝置擁有者或組織擁有的受管理設定檔的設定檔擁有者呼叫，以取得自裝置開機後最後一次呼叫此 API 以來所有新的安全日誌條目。
日誌存取有速率限制，只有在管理員收到通知 DeviceAdminReceiver#onSecurityLogsAvailable後才會回傳新的日誌。
當裝置擁有者呼叫時，如果該裝置上有其他使用者或設定檔，必須與該裝置有關聯。 否則 SecurityException 會被丟棄。 參見 #isAffiliatedUser。
