此方法在 API 等級 35 中被棄用。 出於效能與系統健康考量，系統介面在向使用者呈現通知時，此 API 不再被要求直接使用。 雖然此方法回傳的 UI 仍會代表所建置通知的內容，但可能與系統的視覺風格有所不同。 注意：此 API 一直有嚴重限制;例如它不支援任何互動性，忽略應用程式主題，呼叫時會硬編碼系統主題的顏色，並且在主執行緒中進行點陣圖解碼，這可能導致使用者介面卡頓。

建立一個 RemoteViews，代表展開後的通知版面。
