備註

此方法在 API 等級 31 中被棄用。改用 getBubblePreference（）代替。

判斷此應用程式發布的所有通知是否都能出現在通知欄外，浮動於其他應用程式內容之上。對於不允許氣泡的頻道（NotificationChannel.canBubble（））發布通知，這個值將被忽略。
