回傳所有屬於呼叫套件的通知通道。 核准的通知代理（參見 canNotifyAsPackage（String）））可以查詢屬於其代理的套件通知通道。 為此，請從該套件建立的上下文中呼叫此方法（參見 Context.createPackageContext（String，int））。
