擷取強制性的 10 位 format 元串流，以支援 10 位元的串流。
若#is10BitCapable()返回 true，則此方法將回傳對應的 10 位元輸出 Surface 像素格式。 根據串流類型，它會是 ImageFormat#PRIVATE 或 ImageFormat#YCBCR_P010。
