64 位元格式，包含 12 位元 R、G、B 和 A 元件，依序為最低記憶體位址到最高記憶體位址。 格式為 64 位元無符號整數，字的前 12 位元有 12 位元 R 成分（位元組 0..1），前 12 位元有 12 位元 G 成分（位元組 2..3），字前 12 位元有 12 位元 B 成分（位元組 4..5）， 以及字最上方12位元的12位元A成分，位元組為6至7，每個字的底4位元未被使用。
