64 位元格式，依序為 14 位元 R、G、B 和 A 元件，依序從最低到最高。 格式為 64 位元無符號整數，字的前 14 位元有 14 位元 R 成分（位元組 0..1），前 14 位元有 14 位元 G 成分（位元組 2..3），前 14 位元有 14 位元 B 成分（位元組 4.5）， 以及字最上方14位元的14位元A元件，位元組為6至7，每個字的底2位元未被使用。
