將四捨五入模式取入至最近鄰，並向上取整一個等距值。 用作控制操作過程中 BigDecimal 所用的四捨五入模式的設定。
若棄置的數字大於或等於下一局點1值的一半（0.5倍），則應向上取整（遠離零）。 否則，被丟棄的數字會被忽略。
