<強[>icu]</強力> 場位選擇器，用於對應場域的「S」場對齊 Calendar#MILLISECOND 。
注意：使用「S」的時間格式最多可顯示三個有效位數，代表分秒，對應毫秒解析度及 SSS 的分秒子模式。 若子模式為 S 或 SS，分秒數會被截斷（非四捨五入）至指定顯示位置數。 若分秒子模式長於 SSS，額外的顯示位置將被填入零。
