依照指定碼點數移動當前位置，根據 delta 的符號（正負號）向前或向後移動。 若目前索引位於追蹤替代者，則第一次調整依代碼單位進行，後續調整則依代碼點進行。 若所得索引小於零，則索引設為零;若索引大於極限，則索引設為極限。
