RTP/AVP 定義的編碼有效載荷類型。
- rtpmap

編碼參數在對應的 SDP 屬性中指定，若無法使用則為 null。
- fmtp

格式參數在對應的 SDP 屬性中指定，若無法使用則為 null。
傳回
如果不支援的話，是設定好的 AudioCodec null 。
