參數

maxQueueSize: Int32

當接收端程序凍結時，儲存回調佇列的最大容量上限會增加。一旦達到上限，會捨棄最早的回調，以保持大小低於限制。應該只在RemoteCallbackList.FROZEN_CALLEE_POLICY_ENQUEUE_ALL時才會被叫。
