傳回
若設定值為 true，則為 false 資料庫錯誤

方便函數，將安全設定值更新為長整數。 若該名稱不存在，這會在表格中建立新條目，或修改該名稱的現有列值。 請注意，內部設定的值總是以字串形式儲存，因此這個函式會在儲存前將給定值轉換成字串。
