回傳裝置是否支援 fs-verity。 FS-Verity 提供存取驗證，儘管應用程式 API 僅在後期 SDK 版本中提供給應用程式使用。 只有當此方法回傳為真時，同一類別中其他 fs-verity API 才能成功。
應用程式可能不需要這個方法，通常會呼叫其他 API，處理失敗。 如果某些應用程式功能真的依賴 fs-verity（例如保護大型檔案下載的完整性），及早檢查支援狀態可能避免延遲失敗時的損失。
註：出於歷史考量，此名稱isApkVeritySupported()isFsVeritySupported()為 。 它自 API 等級 30 起就已存在，早於其他 fs-verity API 問世。
