回傳 Intent 應該是應用程式用來請求管理使用者憑證的。 這僅限於非受管理裝置。 必須提供認證政策，才能成功提出此請求。
此意圖應開始 Activity#startActivityForResult(Intent, int) 驗證請求是否成功，以及使用者是否接受或拒絕。 若使用者成功接收並接受請求，結果代碼將為 Activity#RESULT_OK，否則結果代碼為 Activity#RESULT_CANCELED。
KeyChain#isCredentialManagementApp(Context) 應該用來判斷一個應用程式是否已經是憑證管理應用程式。
