備註

應用程式必須使用網域加密，且應關閉失敗（即若因任何原因無法啟用 ECH，連線將失敗）。

若無法提供有效的 ECH 設定（例如因 DNS 伺服器未在 SVCB/HTTPS 記錄中回傳 ECHConfigList），連線將失敗。
