指定 a PendingIntent 要在使用者手勢啟動。

當使用者執行開啟錢包的手勢時，會發送待處理的意圖。 待處理意圖應該會啟動一個活動。

若執行手勢且此方法回傳為空，系統將啟動該 #getTargetActivityPendingIntent 方法指定的活動。 如果該方法也回傳空，系統將啟動系統提供的卡片切換器活動。
