參數

uri
Uri

VoIP 應用程式聯絡目錄中聯絡人或群組的內容 URI，或有效的 CP2 聯絡人。 此 URI 必須穩定且系統可解析，若未使用則為空。

executor

callback
IOutcomeReceiver

                          that details why the operation failed.
