IME提供了該請求的地點。若非空，內嵌建議應回傳支援區域的語言。如果沒有提供，如果目標 SDK 是 S 或以上，預設會是空的，否則預設為系統區域。

自動填充提供者注意：建議回傳的內嵌建議採用單一區域，以確保介面呈現一致。
