呼叫此方法會替換先前設定的模糊區域。 要清除現有的模糊區域，可以通過空集合或空集合。
BlurRegion 的座標是相對於 SurfaceView 的邊界。 每當 SurfaceView 的尺寸改變時，模糊區域應該會更新或替換。
