回傳穩定的像素內嵌。

穩定嵌入表示全螢幕視窗<中 b><> 可能被系統 UI 元素部分或完全遮蔽的區域。這個值不會因這些元素的可見性狀態而改變;例如，如果狀態列通常會顯示，但暫時隱藏，穩定插入仍會顯示與該狀態列相關的插入。

此會員已被棄用。改用 #getInsetsIgnoringVisibility(int) 搭配 Type#systemBars()。
