視窗總是允許延伸到 DisplayCutout 螢幕短邊的區域。

視窗永遠不會延伸到螢幕長邊的某個 DisplayCutout 區域，除非深度 DisplayCutout 不超過 16 dp，但這取決於原廠選擇。

注意：原廠可以選擇讓窗戶延伸到 DisplayCutout 長邊區域，前提是開口與窗戶重疊最多 16dp。 此時，OEM 必須為使用者提供選擇加入/退出的選項。
