當元件首次知道其物品數量時套用一次，後續重新渲染時忽略;若要在之後任何時候程式化捲動，請呼叫 ScrollToItemAsync(Int32, CancellationToken)。
超出範圍的數值會被鎖定。 預設值 0，表示沒有初始捲動。
