設定 Http.Sys 的認證強化層級。 非Legacy 值指示 Http.Sys 驗證 RFC 5929 TLS 通道綁定令牌（CBT）是否符合認證請求，並透過 向應用程式 TryGetChannelBindingBytes(ChannelBindingKind, ReadOnlyMemory<Byte>)暴露每個請求的 CBT 。 預設值為 Medium。

將此設定為 或MediumStrict兩者同時設定會提升硬化等級，並在 URL 群組HttpServerChannelBindProperty的 HTTP_CHANNEL_BIND_SECURE_CHANNEL_TOKEN 。
