CredentialProvider 介面。此介面可讓 Bot 自行實作什麼是有效 appId 和密碼，在多租使用者 Bot 的情況下，Bot 可能需要呼叫服務，以判斷特定 appid/密碼組是否有效，這非常有用。

對於單一租使用者 Bot（絕大多數），簡單的靜態提供者就已足夠。
