回傳 DtsContainer 當前的父 DtsContainer物件。若無父節點，則回傳 NULL。

執行其他套件的套件稱為父套件，父工作流程執行的套件被視為其子套件。如果這個容器是子容器，回傳值會包含父套件。若目前容器是套件，則此性質回傳 NULL。
