傳回
true 若當前集合是 的 other真子集;否則， false。
例外狀況
other 是 null。
備註
若當前集合是 的 other真子集， other 則必須至少有一個當前集合不存在的元素。
空集合是任何其他集合的子集合。 因此，若當前集合為空，此方法會回傳 true ，除非參數 other 也是空集合。
當當前集合的元素false數量多於或相同時，此方法總是回傳other。
