用來和現有的系列做比較。
傳回
true 若當前集合是 的 other子集;否則， false。
例外狀況
other 是 null。
備註
若 other 包含與當前集合相同的元素，該當前集合仍被視為其他集合的子集合。
若當前集合中有不屬於false的元素，此方法總是回傳other。
