會得到一個值，表示電流 DataRowView 是否與指定物件相同。

傳回
true 若 other 是 且 DataRowView ，則回傳與當前 DataRowView同一列;否則 false。
備註
此方法檢查參考相等性，而非檢查 或 DataView 是否Row等價。
