備註
僅支援 Windows 10 2004 版及以後版本。 啟用後，與 TcpKeepAliveTime 的值TcpKeepAliveInterval會被轉發為設定 WINHTTP_OPTION_TCP_KEEPALIVE，啟用並設定 TCP keep-alive 功能，支援 TCP socket。
