PnrpScope 列舉值，指定當前對等雲端實例的 PNRP 範圍。
備註
雲端與網路介面非常緊密地系結。 在多家機器上，兩張網路卡連接於不同子網，可有三種網路範圍：每個介面對應一個連結本地位址，以及一個 Global 範圍 Cloud。
