與作業系統底層的 SSL/TLS 實作不同，元素的allowedCipherSuites順序TlsCipherSuite並不保證它們在客戶端-伺服器協商中的優先權。 只有當你使用 OpenSSL 1.1.1 或更高版本的 Linux 系統或 macOS 時，才能初始化這個類別的實例。
