取得與指定函式 ID 對應的成員 ID（或屬性名稱、方法名稱及其參數）的變數。

要回傳姓名（或多個名字）成員的身分證。
- rgBstrNames

成功返回時，包含與該成員相關的姓名（或多個名稱）。

成功返回時，陣列中的名稱 rgBstrNames 數量。
