在使用 SafeEvpPKeyHandle 與 OpenSSL 進行互操作前，呼叫者必須確保所呼叫的 OpenSSL 版本與.NET執行時呼叫的版本相同，而非並排版本。

對於 OpenSSL 1.1.0 及更新版本，這個值會從函 OpenSSL_version_num() 式中回報。 當使用較舊版本的 OpenSSL 時，這個值會從 SSLeay() 函式中報告。

建議來電者僅在此值下進行等性檢查。
