取得或設定一個值，指定是否要發佈服務元資料以便使用 HTTPS/Get 請求檢索。

一個值，指定是否要發佈服務中繼資料以便使用 HTTPS/Get 請求來檢索。 預設值為 true。
備註
若 httpsGetUrl 未指定屬性，則中繼資料發佈的位址為服務位址加上「？health」。 例如，若服務位址為 https://localhost:8080/CalculatorService，則 HTTP/Get 元資料位址為 https://localhost:8080/CalculatorService?health。
如果這個屬性是 false，或服務的位址不是基於 HTTP 或 HTTPS，則會忽略「？health」。
