例外狀況
firstCodePoint 小於零或大於0xFFFF。

備註
介於 和lengthfirstCodePoint + - 1 之間的firstCodePoint任何未定義代碼點，皆包含在UnicodeRange呼叫此建構子所建立的實例中。
