資料長度，從代表檔案中輸出快取資料 path的偏移量開始。
例外狀況
path 是 null。
offset 或 length 小於零。
備註
若完整的輸出快取回應包含於單一檔案中，提供者會使用偏移量為零，長度等於整個檔案大小來初始化類別 FileResponseElement 。 若完整的輸出快取回應僅包含在檔案的一部分中，提供者會利用輸出快取回應起始檔案的偏移量，以及該檔案中輸出快取回應大小的長度來初始化該 FileResponseElement 類別。
