XML 網路服務的位址（URL）。

此方法檢查指定網址下的 XML 網路服務元資料。若未支援指定 Type 內容，則會修改對 ServiceDescription 應描述 XML Web 服務的 Web Services Description Language（WSDL）檔案，以包含該類型。
