取得元素的計算寬度 ColumnDefinition ，或設定 GridLength 由 ColumnDefinition定義的欄位值。

那 GridLength 代表該欄的寬度。 預設值為 1.0。
備註
預設的 GridUnitType 是 Star。
當你新增或移除列或欄時，ActualWidth對於所有ColumnDefinition元素和所有元素的ActualHeight集合RowDefinition，直到Measure被呼叫為止。
