一個以零為基礎的索引，表示要移除項目範圍的起始點。
- count
- Int32
從 所 index指定位置開始，需移除的項目數量。
例外狀況
當 index 或 count 小於零時 index ，或當 大於或等於 Count時，升高 。
在 Raised index when 與 count 未指定此集合中的有效範圍。
備註
剩餘收藏項目的索引可能會調整以反映已移除的收藏項目。
