備註

若方法成功，預設 TouchDevice 會將先前的觸控事件以滑鼠下放、滑鼠移動或滑鼠向上等形式傳送至元素。 如果 ManipulationCompleted 事件發生在慣性期間，觸控無法升級為滑鼠事件。
