BlobStoreTestAttachment interface

一個測試附件，裡面有刪除儲存座標，可以直接從 BlobStore 下載內容。 僅由內部 BlobStore 附件中繼資料查詢回傳;座標存在於此衍生型態，因此基礎 TestAttachment 合約不變。
