Microsoft Excel 支援在按下 Enter 鍵或使用中儲存格完成編輯時，念出使用中儲存格的模式。 將 SpeakCellOnEnter 屬性設定為 True 會開啟此模式。 設定為 False 則關閉此模式。 可讀寫的 Boolean。
