Sales Agent in Microsoft Copilot is an AI assistant that connects sales data from Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce with the Microsoft 365 applications that sellers use. It provides sales experiences in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams and is available as the Sales agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Available capabilities depend on your licenses and administrator settings. For example, access to work data from Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Review the current license terms before you deploy Sales Agent.
