I am the sole Global Administrator of an Azure/Microsoft Entra tenant and I am locked out because the MFA credential for my administrator identity is not being accepted. My underlying account is a personal Microsoft account. I need a Data Protection/Tenant Recovery escalation to reset the administrator MFA.
