Bitlocker key not working

I have entered my bitlocker key numerous times. I cannot seem to get my HP laptop to recover now. It displays a message on screen stating it has ran into a problem with the bitlocker recovery. Can you please help me with this issue?

    Hi, good day!

    I apologize, but there isn't another way to get around BitLocker if you keep running into the same problem. In this situation, a Clean Installation of Windows via USB flash drive would be required. Please be aware that the BitLocker encryption will be deactivated during this operation, and your data will be lost. Please check and follow the Clean Install instructions in the link below.
